By way of an intensive interviewing process we selectively identify not only the best candidates, those with a sense of excellence about them, but also we endeavor to represent the best firms among which our candidates may choose. We respect the confidentiality of our candidates as well as the companies that hire them, and our fees and guarantees are competitive with other search firms, if not notably less.
Employers pay all of our fees. We work on a contingency basis, so that a company is obligated for our fee only upon hiring and retaining for a full guarantee period a candidate that has been represented by our firm. Most of our placements are into regular, full-time positions, but we will welcome the opportuny to fulfill whatever needs our customers may have.
